As an individual investor, Johanna holds interests in 12 real estate projects focused on rental housing
and small businesses throughout Minnesota, the majority are within the Twin Cities metro area.

As the CEO and Founder of Ummah Fit Gym & Wellness Center, Humayun has devoted his career to creating spaces that cater to the unique needs of Muslims, particularly women, in their pursuit of physical, mental, and spiritual wellness. His journey was deeply inspired by his daughter, Amaiya Zafar, a trailblazing boxer who overcame numerous challenges to compete while adhering to her faith. Witnessing Amaiya’s struggles highlighted the lack of fitness spaces that respect religious values, especially for women. This realization drove Humayun to establish Ummah Fit, where he integrates Islamic principles into fitness training, ensuring that members can strengthen their bodies, minds, and souls in a supportive, faith-conscious environment.
